• JBay 2 GQ operates on a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late passengers.
• This is a scheduled point-to-point transport service. Pickup and drop-off are only available at the designated stops.
• Each passenger may bring 1 luggage bag up to 23 kg + 1 personal item, subject to our luggage policy.
• Additional or oversized luggage must be arranged at least 24 hours before departure and is subject to availability.
• Please ensure you have your booking confirmation/ticket and valid identification available when travelling.
• Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers must comply with the JBay 2 GQ Terms & Conditions and Passenger Indemnity before travelling.
• No alcohol, illegal drugs or prohibited/dangerous goods are permitted on the vehicle.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by JBay 2 GQ.
• JBay 2 GQ reserves the right to refuse boarding where a passenger presents a safety or security risk, subject to applicable law.
